Lucidchart not updating with Jira status

I noticed that LucidChart is not updating the Jira status.  I just noticed this today, it certainly has been working in the past.  

Has anyone had this issue.

@dcatalfamo In order for me to have a closer look into the issue, could you please provide the following information?:

  • A detailed description of the steps leading up to the issue
  • What browser are you using? Have you tried this on an additional browser or using an incognito or private window?
  • What type of Jira are you using (Cloud vs. Server)? If Server, what version?
  • If you are using Jira Server or Data Center: what version of the Lucidchart plug-in are you using?
  • A screenshot of the associated Javascript Console output after reproducing the issue. You can open your Javascript Console by pressing Ctrl+Shift+J (if your computer is a Windows/Linux) OR Cmd+Opt+J (if your computer is a Mac).
  • A temporary Support PIN for this document. For more information on generating a Support PIN, check out this Help Center article.
  • Could you please confirm whether the issue occurs in a new blank document?

@dcatalfamo since this worked previously, it sounds like a bug. Please submit a ticket to our Product Support team to resolve this issue.
