Hello, we just installed the LucidChart for PowerPoint 2016 and users are getting the error message below when trying to launch the add in.
Anyone encountered this one before?

Please try uninstalling and reinstalling the add-in and give a try.
On top there is a community post close to this topic and you can also take look and see if that helps in some means.
