Anyone else finding this an issue today (my time zone UTC+12) - This functionality was working fine yesterday but nothing will export or print today. Not a file size issue as only trying to export or print single pages, however that is the error message that is coming up.  It is also not a wait 5 mins issue as I have tried to export several times over the past hour and a half.  Have also tried clearing cache and restarting.

Now 2:09PM local time and can now export and print again - whatever the issue was has been resolved in the background

This issue is recurring.  The pages I am trying to export to PDF are either A4 or A3 size (no infinite canvas used), there is not a lot of content on the page, and I am only trying to export a single page at a time. I cannot export to any of the types available. The content scale is OK.  No previous issues exporting over the past 3-months until last week.  One day I can export then another I can’t, then I can again etc  - this applies to new content or something I exported previously- any idea’s as to why this is occurring ?

Hi @IngridB, thank you for the update and sorry to hear the issue is happening again. To confirm, is this happening to a specific document or any document you try to export?

Here are some specific things to check when exporting your document:

  • Try the export in a Chrome Incognito browsing session. This often improves performance by clearing your cache and cookies and disabling your extensions.
  • Sometimes issues like this can be related to internet connection speed or network security. Please try the export again on another network, ensuring that you are on a strong, stable connection.

If none of these tips help, would you mind sending me the following details so I can take a closer look at the issue?

  • A description of the download settings (file type, document pages, cropping, quality, etc.) that you selected for the download.
  • A screenshot of any error messages or pop-ups that appear when you attempt to export.
  • A screenshot of the associated Javascript Console output. You can open your Javascript Console by pressing Ctrl + Shift + J (if your computer is a Windows / Linux) OR Cmd + Opt + J (if your computer is a Mac).

Feel free to let me know if you have any further questions. Thanks for your help and patience!
