Lucidchart docs show 404 page not found error in Confluence

Question

Hi,

All of our Lucid Charts links now have this error when we look at them on page.

We have tried the following to correct the issue:

Try different browsers to confirm the issue is not browser based
Try incognito window
clear browser cache on machine to confirm not an issue with that
add allow third party cookies in chrome for the following [*.]lucid.app and [*.]lucidchart.com

If Server or Data Center, what version?What version of the Lucidchart plug-in are you using?Can you send me a screenshot of the Javascript console and network tabs when the issue occurs? You can open your Javascript Console by pressing Ctrl + Shift + J (if your computer is a Windows / Linux) OR Cmd + Opt + J (if your computer is a Mac).Thank you for your help and patience!
