Lucidchart classifications reverting to 'Top Secret'

My LucidChart classification statuses are reverting to 'Top Secret' when I go out of the document and return back into it. Are we able to raise it as a bug with LucidChart?

Hi @DaveB, thank you for posting in the community. To confirm my understanding, did you update the classification to something else when editing the document, closed the document then returned back and the classification reverted back to ‘Top Secret’?

If not, would you mind sharing a brief description of the steps you took leading to this issue? This will help me take a closer look on my end.

Hi Leianne,

This is the message i received from one of my Lucid customers;

“It appears my LucidChart classification statuses are still reverting to 'top secret' when I go out of the document and back into it. Have you noticed this and are we able to raise it as a bug with LucidChart?”

I have asked her to check that there are no references to the restricted items shown in the PII list, which she has done.

We may have solved this problem by customizing our Content Inspection Policy creating our own custom infotypes.
