Lucid document content is gone

I can see in preview that my chart in Blank Board. But when I open it, it’s blank and my data seems to be gone. How can I recover it ?

I’m sorry to hear your board isn't displaying correctly. To help me figure out exactly what’s happening and help you get that data back, could you clarify a few details?

  • Is this happening on all your boards, or only this specific one?
  • When you open the board, do you see the sidebar and menus but no data, or is the entire screen completely empty/white?
  • If there are other people shared on this board, are they able to see the data, or is it blank for them too?
  • If you open the board in an incognito browser window, does the data show up there?

These details will help me narrow down whether this is a display setting or something deeper. Thank you for your patience!

i tried opening in incognito but still it did not work 

the name is blank document
