Lost some shapes in my Lucid diagram

Hi 

I lost some of the important items that I have been working from my Lucidchart documents, the document is there but one of the blocks disappeared from all the documents wherever it was used, and these are different documents.

anyone having such issues and appreciate if anyone can help on this?

Hi ​@vrmuthineni, thank you for responding and apologies for the delayed reply! To confirm my understanding, your document is missing the right-hand light cyan coloured block with text - is this correct? 

It looks like your support PIN has expired, would you mind generating a new one to help me take a look at the issue on my end? Thank you for your help!

To confirm, is this missing block a custom shape? If you have access to the feature, you can also check the revision history to see if the changes are there. Please see this article for information on how to restore from a previous version. 

If the issue persists, could you please share a description of the missing block and a temporary Document Support PIN for an example document? This will help me take a closer look at what’s going on. This PIN is safe to post in this thread because it is only accessible by members of the Lucid support staff. You can find steps for generating a Support PIN in this Help Center article

hello,

I was trying to seeif i can restore from the previous version, but I dont have an option. could you be able to enable this option for me temporarily so that I can try this and see if I can restore. or if I can get a trial so that i can use the restore option for a day. as its my individual account and buying a enterprise version doesnt makes sense for my individual account.

the block is something that looks like the attached PNG as i exported this lucid before,  the top one on the right hand side its missing and the bottom is an old export png the has the righthand side block
