Hello there I have been using the free edu plan for years but haven't used it for a while. Today I got a message that I can only edit the last 3 recent documents. while the documentation still says that individual edu accounts have an unlimited number of documents. Have the plan changed without notification? what about our current documents. how we export them if they are in view only.
Hi @mahmoud n thanks for posting in the community! I can confirm that the free EDU upgrade gives you access to the features described here including unlimited objects and three editable documents.
This mean that EDU users can create an unlimited number of documents however only the 3 most recent documents are editable. That being said you should still be able to export/download your document even if it is listed as view only.
I hope this helps. Please feel free to let me know if you have any additional questions!
Mahmoud, the same happened to me. I was using Lucidspark for ~1 year with the ability to create >3 boards that could be edited. Then, suddenly my account lost EDU access and I was limited to only 3 boards. It would be nice to be given more than 3 boards again as I have more than 3 students to teach
Hi
This community is also helpful for comparing differences between a free EDU account and a free account with Lucid:
Please let us know if you are experiencing issues with your account or if you have any questions. Have a great school year!
