Login & Account Issues
I am on a paid account, and attempted to login with my saved password and it said incorrect password, so I did forgot password. I never received an email to reset my password, and I tried it a few times with no change (I did check junk mail as well). So, I attempted to login through the “login with Microsoft” button with the same email I was trying to login with. Well - that worked, but now none of my documents are there - it’s like it created a whole new account with the same email I already had an account with. I’m super frustrated and not sure what to do, help?
