Every time I add a template into my document, everything gets the green ‘done’ check mark in the top right corner. I cannot find a way to remove them, they are not icons, nor are they part of conditional formatting rules. I have left lucid entirely, refreshed the page, changed it from chart to spark. Other templates do not cause this, so maybe it’s just the template?

Hi @Sarah A. ,

Thanks for posting in the Lucid Community! It looks like the template may have a conditional formatting rule set up to include that icon on certain shapes on your document. I would recommend double checking to see if this is the case. Please see our Conditional Formatting and Icon Sets article to understand this functionality and if you would like to remove the rule - this section of the article will walk you through how to do that.

If you have gone through those steps and are still experiencing this issue, can you please confirm what template you are using?

Thanks in advance for your help and patience!

Thank you for the help! Not sure why that template had conditional formatting on it all of the sudden, I've used it in the past and there were no presets like that. Either way, appreciate the prompt and helpful guidance.
