Links when clicked have symbols in them

I'm making a flowchart to be disseminated to everyone at my work. My plan is to upload the PDF with all the required documents in a folder in the shared drive of my workplace.

When I export the flowchart (using Lucidchart) to a PDF with clickable links that go to a file directory within the shared drive the links have a bunch of % signs in there random numbers etc. I've read online that spaces may have something to do with this but removing them and replacing them with _ doesn't work.

Any help on this? Driving me up the wall.

Thank you!

Link I put: S:WORK_FLOWCHARTNEXT_FOLDERFILE_PACKAGE

Link that comes up when I click on the PDF link:

file:///S:/%255C02%2520-%2520WORK_FLOWCHART%255CNEXT_FOLDERT%255CFILE_PACKAGE

    Hey Kyle

Thank you for posting in the Lucid Community! To clarify--do you see these links in the folder after you've clicked the link from within the Lucidchart PDF? Or are you seeing this style of link on the PDF and it looks different on the original diagram?

Thank you for your help and patience here!
