Hi @PaulS59

Open your desired Word document and insert the Lucidchart add-in by navigating to Insert > Office Add-ins and searching for "Lucidchart".

Next, open or create your flowchart in Lucidchart.

To establish the link, select the process box where you want to connect the Word document, then right-click or go to the "Insert" menu and choose the "Link" option.

This seamlessly integrates your Word document with your Lucidchart flowchart.\

Hi @PaulS59, thank you for posting in the community! Just to confirm, are you hoping to link a Lucidchart diagram in your Word document? Or link a Word document in your Lucidchart diagram?

Please note that it’s not possible to import a Word file (.doc / .docx) into Lucid. However, if you have a link to the document (via OneDrive or SharePoint), you may find the following Help Center articles helpful:

I hope this helps. Feel free to let us know if you have any questions!
