I'm sorry you are running into this issue when trying to import data from your Google Sheet.

A couple of specific things are worth noting from this resource:

  Could you try linking your document in a private or incognito window? This will clear your cache and cookies and disable any extensions that could be interfering with your account.

  Could you also try connecting to a different network? Sometimes account performance issues can be related to internet security/speed. This step will help us eliminate that possibility.

  
  

• Currently our data import size limit is 2MB. Please let us know if you are attempting to import a file that size or larger.

If none of these resources resolve the issue please submit a ticket using our Contact Support Form and include the following information:

• A screenshot of the issue.


• A description of how you are attempting to use the data in Lucidchart.


• The data you are trying to link (Google Sheets).
