Hi, we been trying to get LucidCharts into JIRA but it keeps giving the following error:

Can you please confirm what browser are you using? And have you tried this on an additional browser or using an incognito or private window? Would you also mind sending a screenshot of the issue so I can better understand what you are seeing? I appreciate your help and patience!
