Hey guys I set up an account and started my Ph.D. assignment but now I can't find the account LUCID are billing me every month. I can't get any help and I am worried because I need to complete my assignment which is due. I use different emails and the system has set up new free accounts but none linked to my billing information or my document really frustrating.
