Issue with multi-selected objects

I’m experiencing a new (first noticed about 2 weeks ago) bug where you cannot take bulk actions on a multi-selection of objects, which is an edit pattern I’ve been using in Lucid for over 7 years.   If I have twenty locked objects, and select them all, I can no longer right click the group and unlock all of them at once.

This means to edit these, they need to be unlocked one at a time.

How I fix this behavior?

Hm!    Possibly solved!   I think an internet search just revealed that a recent change makes it so one must now hold <shift> while doing these bulk actions.

Hi @dmaszle, thank you for posting in the community! I’m glad to hear the issue seems to be resolved. If you notice again would you mind sharing a screenshot of description of how exactly you’re actioning the bulk action?

This will help me take a closer look on my end. Feel free to let me know if you have any questions. Thanks!

Leianne -- Not sure how I would screen shot this since the meat is in mouse clicks :-). But try this:

place two blocks or objects of any kind

select both of them either incrementally with command-click, or just draw a selection rectangle around both of them

Old behavior: when the cursor shows you are over any selected object, right-click to take actions on the entire group

New behavior: right-clicking an object that is part of a selected group now deselects the group and gives a right-click menu for the single object.   Shift-right-clicking provides the group-action menu as before.
