When I try to export a Confluence page to Word, I encounter the attached error message. After investigation, we found that the issue occurs only when a Lucidchart diagram is embedded in the document. If the Lucidchart diagram is removed, the export to Word works without any issues.
Could you please provide support to enable the "Export to Word" feature to work properly even when a Lucidchart diagram is included in the page?

Hi @Kenan.Haciomeroglu, thank you for posting in the community! As a first step, could you please confirm if your Lucidchart diagrams are embedded using the rich viewer? If yes, would you mind switching it to the simple viewer, to see if that version allows the page to export correctly?

If the issue persists, could you please share a screenshot of the associated Javascript Console output after reproducing the issue? You can open your Javascript Console by pressing Ctrl+Shift+J (if your computer is a Windows/Linux) OR Cmd+Opt+J (if your computer is a Mac).

Thank you for your help! Please let us know if you have any questions.

Hi @Kenan.Haciomeroglu, thank you for sharing the JS Console screenshot! To switch between rich and simple viewer, you will need to access the display properties the inserted document by following the steps below:

  1. Click Edit at the top of the Confluence page.
  2. Select the document.
  3. Click Properties from the options bar that appears below the document to open the display properties modal.
  4. Click Save after selecting on/off for Rich Lucidchart Viewer.

I hope this helps! Please let me know if you see any changes after trying this step.
