Issue while importing document

I am an individual plan user. I am getting an error while trying to import .vxdx or .drawio file. Getting error “Board failed to import”. There are no other error details.

Any suggestion?

When importing .vsdx or .drawio files, after selecting the file, be sure to click the “View Document” link instead of “Done” to open the imported file in a new tab. The imported file will be saved separately in your Documents folder and not within your current document.

  • If you don’t see it, check “My Documents” for the new file. This can be confusing but is currently expected behavior. If you keep having issues, try importing in an incognito window or switching networks, and contact support with your file and details if needed.
