Issue signing in to Lucid from Microsoft Teams app: sign-in button does not work

Happy New Year! Now that 2 weeks have passed - I open the Lucidchart on my Teams app, see the chat, My Documents, and About. Both Chat and About present information - My documents has a sign in or sign up button. Nothing happens when I press the sign in button the 2nd time. The first time I was sent to a website to login - checked that box. Now nothing happens to get to the diagram, that fortunately I can see online at the Lucidchart website - just in case, I thought I’d check the sign up and it doesn’t respond either.

Please try opening the Lucidchart app in the Teams web client at https://teams.microsoft.com and run the My Documents → Sign in flow there.

If sign-in works in Teams Web but not in the desktop app, the problem is most likely related to the local Teams client cache or how the desktop app is handling the popup/redirect.
