Issue in loading my existing documents. My existing documents disappeared

Hello,

 

Back on LucidChart after a few week, I cannot see my existing document anymore on the new interface.

Tried on Opera, without VPN, without cookies. Attached the screen with the Javascript console.

Solution would be much appreciated +++

If you are still unable to locate your document, contact support and provide as much of the following information as you can:

  • The document name
  • The document URL if you were able to locate it using a bookmark, share link, or browser history
  • Any email address you may have used to sign up for a Lucid account
