Note  I am trying to use BPMN with swim lanes 


Hi ​@TG Down Under, thank you for posting in the community! To confirm, is this happening to other shapes or documents as well or just the BPMN with swim lanes?
 

If the issue persists, I would love to take a closer look on my end. Could you please share the temporary Support PIN for this document? This will allow me to take a closer look at the issue you’re experiencing. For more information on generating a Support PIN, check out this Help Center article. This Support PIN doesn’t allow anyone but Lucid Support to take a look at your document, so you are safe to post it here.

Hi ​@TG Down Under, thank you for following up! I’m afraid I can’t see the temporary document support PIN for this document, did you send this to me in a direct message in the community? In the meantime, I believe you might have the “Two way connections” line style selected for your document. 

Could you please try selecting the line and click on the Line Options icon from the formatting toolbar to confirm this? I’ve attached an example screenshot below for your reference:

If so you can use this option to change the line style back to straight as needed. To change the default line style of your document, click any blank space on the canvas then select the desired line style.
