Is the AI feature for lucidcharts down?

I am trying to use the AI feature and the message I get is that “something is down on our end”

Hi ​@darrylmendoza-pci, thanks for your post, and apologies for the trouble. Indeed, the feature is down at the moment - you can follow along here: 

 

Additionally, Lucid unfortunately is now experiencing a widespread outage. We expect both to be resolved soon, and we’ll keep you updated via these threads!

Hi ​@darrylmendoza-pci, updating this thread to let you know that the widespread outage is resolved and as a whole, Lucid is up and running again.

 

However, the Lucid AI problem still persists; our engineering team has identified that it is related to an issue with our AI provider. We are awaiting an update from their end, and I will let you know as soon as there are any updates on this.
