Hi, 

Currently I cannot see any of the integrations working within Roche network.

I have tried to connect to Monday or Jira but it does not work at the moment.

Is there any specific reason?

Thanks for posting in the community! Can you give more details about the error you are seeing? Is this with Lucidcards? Can you provide a screenshot of the issue?

Thank you for providing those screenshots! Are the cards integrations still connected in the marketplace? Does the issue still occur in an incognito window?

 


No this would be the first integration, there are no cards already connected.

 

No change in incognito mode.

Thank you for the reply! If the cards integration is not connected, you will need to contact your account owner or admin to enable the card integration for your account.
