Hello!

When I select the image feature in Lucidspark, I currently only see choices to insert GIFs, Icons,  and emojis.
There is no option or choice to insert an image.

Is there a update or fix for this?

If you need to insert a standard image, you can paste or drag it onto the board, or use Lucidchart to upload and format it, then copy it into Lucidspark. This is a known limitation.

Hi ​@MCHS79, just chiming in to assist as well! The limitation that Huma mentioned above is for Lucid Cards, however it should be possible to import images onto your board by going to Menu > Insert > Image (See screenshot below)

If this is not what you see on your end, would you mind sharing an example screenshot to help me take a closer look? Please feel free to let me know if you have any questions! 


Thank you for your response. I see that Lucidspark still allows you to insert images that you save from your computer. What is missing for me is the image feature in this box from the screenshot I took. This was a tool I used quite a bit and it seems it has just disappeared suddenly.

 


Hi ​@MCHS79, thank you for following up with that screenshot.  We are aware our image search feature has been temporarily disabled. We're working to restore this feature as soon as possible. 

To help you continue your work and move forward in the best way possible, you can still add your own images to your documents. If you're having trouble with images in Lucid, please check out this article in our Help Center.
