I am trying to apply a single picture to a shape.  Ultimately I want to duplicate this about 50 times.  Can I insert a .jpg or .png on a single shape?  If so how?

Thank you
Jon

Hi Jon thanks for posting in the community! You can achieve this by following these steps:

  1. Select the shape you want to apply the image to.
  2. Click on the fill color icon click on “More” and select Image.
  3. Click on “Choose Image” and upload the image you want to use. Using the dropdown you can choose how the image should fill the shape.

You can learn more detail about this in the Modify Format and Style Shapes Help Center article. You can also read more about how to manage and upload images in the Access Organize and Share Shapes Help Center article. Hope this helps!

Hi, is this feature available on Lucidspark? I’m looking for a way to insert images on shapes in my Lucidspark boards.

Hello @weihong.tseng!

So it’s not something that works the same in Lucidspark. However, my suggestion would be to switch your board to ‘Edit in Lucidchart’ make the above changes as Eric suggested.

You can switch by clicking the icon in the top-left of Lucidspark and ‘Edit in Lucidchart’… it keeps your work as it was, but changes the tools available to you.

When you’re done, you can just switch back ‘Edit in Lucidspark’ again.

Hope that’s helpful,

Best regards, Leo
