Incorrect Credly badge (Creative Facilitation) given when completing learning path

Hi everyone,

I completed the Agile Visualization learning path om 29 April 2025 and received my Credly badge.

I was surprised then to receive a second email notifying me that I have also received the the Creative Facilitation badge, however I have not yet completed this course (I’m planning to do so though ).

You can see here from my screen shot that I earned the badge without complete the learning path:

I presume this is something that should be fixed on either Skilljar or Credly.

Hey @Carike ! I was able to verify that you had the badge issued on 29 April 2025 and the issuance, acceptance, and notification were all within the same minute, which is curious! I also double checked and we don’t have any record of you even enrolling in the appropriate content. A bit of a mystery!

I’ve reached out to both our LMS provider and Credly support teams to see if they can help me figure it out. I’ll share an update when I have one.
