Importing data

I have exactly the same question.  I seem to recall actually doing this about 6 months ago with my Individual account.  Now I can't seem to do this and it looks like an Enterprise account is needed.  Is this really so?  If yes then this is a really limiting change that Lucid has made.

Thanks for posting in the community! Lucidchart supports a basic, one-time Excel import for Individual and Team accounts and offers data linking with Excel for Enterprise accounts.

If you would like to link data for an org chart you can do so following these instructions.

Yesterday I could import data easily today it says I need an enterprise account for doing the same exact action I was doing yesterday. I just have a free account was there a time limit or number of imports before you have to purchase the upgrade? Or did this just change today?

Thanks for continuing this thread. Free accounts are limited to a one-time import for certain integrations -- is it possible you used a one-time data import feature? You can find a breakdown of these features in our Lucidchart Plans article from the Lucid Help Center. If you believe you should have access to an import feature, please follow up in this thread and we can take a closer look.

Hi Doug! I know this is an old thread but we are actively developing an Excel integration with Lucidchart. This feature will allow you to import spreadsheets from Office 365 business accounts, and have 2-way syncing between Lucid and your Excel spreadsheet.
