Hello

We're migration from Confluence OnPrem to Cloud.

Now in Confluence Cloud all our LucidCharts do not display anymore.

I see that the charts are all attachments (Json) of the pages. How can these be added to LucidChart.com to then be re-added to Confluence pages?

Thanks.

Hi there thanks for posting! When migrating from OnPrem to Cloud you'll need to download your diagrams from the plugin as Visio files and re-upload them to your account. If you take a look at this Help Center article it goes through how you can do this. Hope this helps!

We are contemplating the same move.
Many of the diagrams we've created at our company will need to be completely re-written if that process is the answer.
The issue seems to be with the export to Visio as it does not recognize curved lines line labels and breaks groupings and hyperlinks.

Is there a way to bring in the native LucidChart onPrem format into the Hosted platform?

Hi Jevin, unfortunately there isn't currently a way to bring the native format over but the goal is that with our Visio export you can successfully get a representation of your diagram into Lucidchart. If you would like to promote a better migration path to our product team, please first search the Product Feedback section of this community (with the filter Topic Type = Idea) to see if this feedback has already been submitted. If so, please add any additional details you’d like and upvote the request - this consolidation helps to refine feedback and properly capture the popularity of the request.

If no one has submitted this idea yet, please create one of your own and be sure to include details about your use case or what you’d like to see in this experience. This will also allow other users with similar requests to discover and upvote it, then add details of their own.

Finally, for more information on how Lucid manages feedback via this community, take a look at this post:
