What is the best way to import data for a product roadmap/timeline via excel into Lucidchart? The only way I have discovered to create is to manual create via diagrams which makes it difficult to change to make updates without a significant of effort.

Unfortunately, creating a Gantt chart from an Excel data import is not currently supported in Lucid. As an alternative, you can Integrate Lucid Cards with Excel, and then add the cards to a timeline in Lucidspark.
