Hi, I think this is not possible, but wanted to see if there might be some creative solutions out there!

I don’t want to import data from Excel to make a flow chart - I am hoping to be able to actually import a flowchart created in Excel into Lucidchart - just like you can with a Visio flowchart to Lucidchart.

Is this not possible?  And if so, as I expect, are there any known workarounds from having to create it from scratch directly in Lucidchart?  Thank you in advance!

Hi @Dawn.Craven

Your understanding is right, The recommended approach for leveraging Excel data is to prepare the process steps in a CSV format and import that into Lucidchart’s process diagram importer for automatic flowchart generation.

To learn more - Create a process diagram from CSV import – Lucid

Hope this helps - Happy to help further!!
Thank you very much and have a great one!
