Exporting images from Lucidchart directly as a JPEG or PNG with or without a transparent background is leaving the images blurry. I have tried custom and adjusting DPI to print quality. I have tried enlarging the chart to +150% and then doing the export as well, all with no change. Any solutions or recommendations to export these charts? These charts are NOT being exported directly into a Google product.

Hi @Stacey Sanders, thank you for your post!

Could you please try the export in a Chrome Incognito browsing session? This often improves performance by clearing your cache and cookies and disabling your extensions.

Additionally, sometimes issues like this can be related to internet connection speed or network security. Please try the export again on another network, ensuring that you are on a strong, stable connection.

We also recommend reviewing our Troubleshooting: Export article from the Lucid Help Center for steps to resolve any issues you may be having.

If those don’t resolve the problem, can you please send the following information so I can take a closer look?

  • A screenshot of the associated Javascript Console output after reproducing the issue. You can open your Javascript Console by pressing Ctrl+Shift+J (if your computer is a Windows/Linux) OR Cmd+Opt+J (if your computer is a Mac).
  • A temporary Support PIN for this document. For more information on generating a Support PIN, check out this Help Center article.

Thanks for your help and patience!
