The current default font is 'Liberation Sans,' but I want to set the default font to 'Lucid JP.'
The language in my account settings is set to Japanese.

Hi @kahojjjjjjjjjjj, thank you for posting in the Lucid Community! To change your font to ‘Lucid JP’, you can follow the steps outlined below.

  1. Open a new Lucidchart document.

  2. Click on the drop down box for Fonts and click ‘Manage fonts’ to open the fonts manager.
  3. In the Font Manager window, search for Lucid JP. If it is toggled off, please toggle it on and select ‘Done’ to save your changes.

  4. Finally, open Lucidspark again to confirm if “Lucid JP” is now available in the list of fonts.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions! I hope this helps!

Thank you for your response. However, what I wanted to know was how to set 'Lucid JP' as the default font.

When creating sticky notes and writing on them, it’s cumbersome to change the font to 'Lucid JP' every time. Currently, 'Liberation Sans' is set as the default font, and I’d like to change this.

Is it possible?

Hi @kahojjjjjjjjjjj, I’m sorry for the confusion. To clarify, Lucid does not currently support setting a default font for all documents.

However, you can set a default font at the individual document level in Lucidchart. To do so, open your document, deselect all objects from the canvas, then change the font.

Note that setting a default font is not possible in Lucidspark. I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any further questions.

@Ambar D

Understood, thank you!
