Hi few months ago my company decided to stop using lucid from few inside reasons. I was instructed to delete our account which I did. Unfortunately it turned out that there were some diagrams that were important to us. Is there any chance we can get them back?

When an account is deleted we fully and permanently anonymize associated data. Unfortunately this means that once an account is deleted we are no longer able to retrieve any documents saved to our systems.
