The video on this topic says that swimlane borders will show adjustment arrows to change the vertical size of a swim lane. These arrows do no show on my diagram.
Any ideas?

Thanks for posting in the community! I removed the document link from your post to protect your privacy I hope that's okay. I was able to change the vertical length of the swim lanes by first double-clicking the line then dragging it to the desired position. Would you mind trying this method?
