Hi
I've inserted my LucidChart into word via the Lucid chart add in but my chart converts into an image file so I can't access the hyperlink. This also means I can't re-add the link to the specific word as the file is an image. Please can you help resolve this.

Thank you for posting in the Lucid Community! Yes our Microsoft Word Add-in does indeed insert the diagram as an image into your document. This is intended behavior however it does also mean hyperlinks within the diagram are no longer clickable. You could however add links directly to the Word document.
