I am trying to build a site map of sorts.
Every time I add a page and link it to another page everything moves around.
Is there any way to turn this feature off?

Thanks for posting in the community. The sitemap library is designed to regulate the shapes on the page and make sure they fit a traditional vertical/horizontal/vertical structure. There is no way to turn this feature off. If you would like to promote this idea to the development team and explain your use case for it please add it to our feature request form.
There are two workarounds I would suggest:
- Lock the connectors then select all and paste into a new page. Because you have locked them the connectors won't come with the diagram. From there you can add hotspots above your sitemap pages and can add connectors to the hotspots.
- Consider switching to use the flow chart library. It may take a bit of time to recreate the chart as a flowchart but would give you full power to customize.
