I have a document in “My documents” within Lucid and I have shared with the client and they have accepted the invite; however, when I go back to make them the owner, that is not an option. What am I missing here?

Hi karlb! It sounds frustrating to run into a roadblock when trying to transfer document ownership! Let's clarify a few things to pinpoint the issue.
First, could you confirm the following?
Has the client definitely accepted the share invite and accessed the document? Sometimes, an invite might be sent, but the recipient hasn't fully clicked through and viewed the document yet.
Is the document you're trying to transfer currently in a shared folder? Lucid's policy states that you cannot transfer ownership of a document if it resides within a shared folder. If it is, you'll need to move it out of the shared folder first.
Assuming those two points are covered, here's a recap of the steps that should allow you to transfer individual document ownership:
Open the document.
Click “Share” in the top-right corner of the document. (You can also access this from the Lucid Home Page by clicking the three-dot menu on a document and selecting Share.)
In the Share panel, select Manage in the Collaborators section.
Click the sharing permissions icon (it usually looks like a dropdown arrow or a pencil) for the person you want to make the new owner.
From the options that appear, select Make owner. This option will only be visible if the collaborator has accepted the share invite and accessed the document.
A confirmation window will pop up. You can choose whether you'd like to remain a collaborator on the document.
Click "Make owner" again to confirm your choice.
If you've followed these steps precisely and still don't see the "Make owner" option, there might be other factors at play, such as specific Enterprise account restrictions. Are either you or your client using Enterprise accounts?
