I need to see people's documents that they haven't shared with me is this possible as Admin to be able to do this?

Thanks for posting in the Lucid Community! Unfortunately no you cannot see other user's personal files that they haven't shared with you or placed in a shared folder. If these users are no longer working with you however you can delete them from the team and transfer their files to you or another member of the team.
