HI

I have admin access.

I am the owner of the document. I am trying to delete my own resolved comment.

The resolved comments appear in my flow chart as  greyed out and there is triangle warning indicating the shape is deleted. How do I removed my resolved comments from my flowchart ?

Hi @AJ-MNZ, thank you for posting in the Lucid Community! Are you still experiencing issues? Would you mind providing a screenshot of what you’re seeing?

Could you try opening your document in a private or incognito window to help us narrow down the potential cause? Could you also try connecting to a different network or disconnecting from your VPN (if applicable)? Sometimes account performance issues can be related to internet security/speed or browser issues. These steps will help us eliminate that possibility. For help with opening an incognito window, please see this community post.

If those don’t resolve the problem, can you please send the following information so I can take a closer look?

  • A screenshot of the associated Javascript Console output after reproducing the issue. You can open your Javascript Console by pressing Ctrl+Shift+J (if your computer is a Windows/Linux) OR Cmd+Opt+J (if your computer is a Mac).

Thanks in advance for your help and patience!

HI,

I am having the exact same issue.

The issue being that when a flowchart shape is deleted, the assciated resolved comments are greyed out and cannot be “unresolved” to be deleted. The 3 dots are not visible and there doesnt appear to be any option to permanetly remove these.

I have tried being both on and off a VPN connection as well as being in incognito mode with no success.

What other option is there? Is there a Save As option that allow them to dissapear.

Please help!

Hi @AJ-MNZ, I’m sorry that you’re still experiencing issues with this. To ensure that I’m fully understanding your issue and to help me take a closer look, would you be willing to share a screenshot of what you are seeing on your end?

Does it look like the below screen recording, with your comment greyed out under ‘Resolved’ in the Comments panel?
