How can I remove an account folder within the Salesforce folder? I am unable to delete, rename, duplicate,  or move any of the account folders. The folder was created through pressing the “Lucidchart Folder” option in Salesforce. The newly created account folder got sorted into the salesforce folder and cannot be moved to the trash. How can I fix this?

@jacki Account folders within the Salesforce folder can now be deleted. Simply right click on the folder and choose “Move to Trash”.

Be aware that if the folder is deleted, it will be irreversibly disconnected from that Salesforce account (even if you restore from the trash). As a result, clicking the “Lucidchart Folder” option in Salesforce for that same Account will create a new folder instead of taking you to the trashed folder.

Emma,
Thank you for the response. Is this something that will be available in the future or can I submit a ticket to try and get this feature approved?
