On one chart these grey person icons have randomly appeared on the chart which has caused lots of formatting issues. Does anyone know how to remove these to fix this?

Hi @charlie.gresswell

Those grey person icons usually appear when collaborators are assigned to shapes using Lucidchart’s collaboration or task assignment features.

To remove them, you can select all the affected shapers (Ctrl + A) and clear formatting; or check the right-hand panel for batch collaborator panel.

Hope this helps

Hi @charlie.gresswell, thank you for posting in the community! Would you mind sharing an example screenshot of this shape and icon to help us take a closer look? This will also help us determine the best option for your use-case. Thanks!

Thanks for your advice Ria, Unfortunately we haven't seemed to be able to make this work!

Hi @charlie.gresswell, thank you for sharing the screenshot. That’s exactly what we needed!

You can now customise the Lucid Card fields and hide the assignee icon if you wish to. To do this, you’ll need to click the pencil icon to edit the card fields and select Settings in the top-right corner of the menu that appears. Please see this Help Center article for detailed steps on how to make this change. I’ve also attached a GIF demonstrating this:

I hope this helps. Feel free to let us know if you have any questions!
