Hello:

We have a HP T830 plotter.  We have created an organizational chart.

I can print it landscape but the text is centered and is only 3” wide.

The roll of paper is 36”.  I need to print so the full paper is used or prints on a full page.

Please advise, how to get technical support.  Thank You:  RGS

Hi @romerogs, thank you for posting in the community! It sounds like the scale of your content might not be correct for your printer. Adjusting the content scale might help with this. To adjust the content scale, infinite canvas must be toggled off.

To adjust the content scale in Lucidchart, follow these steps (I also recommend creating a copy of your org chart to test this)

  1. Open more-menu-icon-in-lucidspark.png the More menu from the top-left of the canvas.
  2. Hover your cursor over “File”.
  3. Hover your cursor over "Settings".
  4. Click Document settings.
  5. Under the “Canvas and page” section, adjust the percentage using the arrows next to “Content scale”.

This Troubleshooting: Export or print a document article also has more details on how to troubleshooting printing issues.

If the issue persists, could you share a temporary Document Support PIN for this document? This will help me take a closer look at what’s going on. This PIN is safe to post in this thread because it is only accessible by members of the Lucid support staff. You can find steps for generating a Support PIN in this Help Center article

Please feel free to let us know if you have any questions!

Hello:

This is our first try of printing with Lucidchart to a HP T830 plotter.  36” roll of paper.

This is using the “trail version of Lucidchart”, this might be my issue?

When I print, the information prints in the middle of the page, and is 3 inches tall.

This is an org chart and would like it print and fill the page.  Thank You all for your help.  RGS
