Hi I've recently signed up for a work account with Lucid Charts but seem to have created draft boards in Lucid Spark inadvertently. How do you know the difference when choosing templates to work with? I only want to work in Charts as this is where I have my subscription but the crossover between the 2 isn't clear. How do I just work in Charts and not create boards in Spark? Thanks.

Thank you for posting in the Lucid Community! When choosing a template you have the option to either search within All Templates Lucidchart or Lucidspark. If you would like to search through the All Templates option you will need to make sure to look at the symbol in the bottom left of the template selection to ensure it is an orange Lucidchart logo.
