I increased the size of my page from Letter to Legal but the space on the page did not seem to get any bigger. How do I make the space on the page bigger after I change the page size?

Hey Sharifa. Thanks for posting! If you zoom out and change your paper size from Letter to Legal do you see the page get bigger? Doing this should allow you to see the page change size. If you still aren't seeing any changes please let me know!
How do I extend the canvas in one direction?
In visio I would ctrl+drag. I cannot seem to find how this is done in lucidchart.
Hi Marcus thanks for posting in the Community! To extend the canvas in a different direction all you have to do is add an object or extend a shape into the area that you want to become part of your canvas. Here's how this should look:
