I am working on an org chart created by someone else.  Some of my employees have this”i” icon on their icon.  Most do not.  Any idea what it is and how I would go about deleting it?

Hi @tdunn, thank you for your post and @aparrish for helping here! It looks like you may have conditional formatting rules enabled in that org chart document you are working on.
You can check this by clicking conditional-formatting-wand-icon.png the Conditional Formatting icon from the Primary Toolbar at the far left-hand side of the canvas. From there, you should be able to hide or remove any rules that are not relevant to your document.

I hope this helps! Feel free to let us know if you have any questions.

@tdunn I would call it an information hover over. If deleting it or putting it into the trash is not an option, then I would need to “call a friend”. @Addie @Addie H would you be able to help @tdunn with this?

Alternatively, if your organization is required to be accessible to its audience at a state or federal level, you might want to consider keeping it.
