I’ve been trying to find these Lucid Quick Launch Templates on my Lucid instance but cannot find them anywhere. I went through this training module, but could not find the template in my corporate folder. I think some of these would be improvements to our current processes, but I’d like to check them out for myself. Any help on this would be great! Thanks!

Apologies for the confusion; Quick Launch in itself is a premium service that can be purchased by accounts with an Enterprise subscription.

for our instance if you launch a new, the “New” button, select “LucidChart”, then “Create form Template”, then scroll all the way down Corporate should be the last item. as seen here. I also attached an article about CT as well. you can also search for the template at the top if you know the name. It may be possible that they aren't saved to corporate but rather just shared. If thats the case go to the “shared with me” section. Hope this helps!

+1I’ve searched throughout Lucid’s training and help content to solve this problem, I’ve looked in all of those places you recommended and typed in the template names; I still cannot find the templates discussed in these training videos.

I’m pretty sure I have an Enterprise account, but still do not see these templates.
