Hey James, 

for our instance if you launch a new, the “New” button, select “LucidChart”, then “Create form Template”, then scroll all the way down Corporate should be the last item. as seen here. I also attached an article about CT as well. you can also search for the template at the top if you know the name. It may be possible that they aren't saved to corporate but rather just shared. If thats the case go to the “shared with me” section. Hope this helps!

I’ve searched throughout Lucid’s training and help content to solve this problem, I’ve looked in all of those places you recommended and typed in the template names; I still cannot find the templates discussed in these training videos.

Quick Launch for Agile is a premium service for Enterprise accounts, hence why you currently don’t have access to the templates included in the service.

I’m pretty sure I have an Enterprise account, but still do not see these templates.

Apologies for the confusion; Quick Launch in itself is a premium service that can be purchased by accounts with an Enterprise subscription.
