I want to use a Lucidspark's whiteboard feature in a 120 participant workshop. However I'm unsure how many people a single whiteboard can support. Also is it hard to manage that many people on a whiteboard?

Lucidspark comfortably supports 100 active collaborators in a board at once with ~200 as the upper limit. For more information about how to optimize performance in a large live collaboration session I recommend checking out this community post which shares some useful tips about this!
If you have a Team or Enterprise account you can also use facilitator tools to help you manage a large number of collaborators in a live session.
