Hi

I need to reset my password but when I click "Forgot Passord" it sends an email to an old email address that I can't access anyomre. 

What do I do?

I would recommend that you file a support request here and explain your situation. The agent who will handle your request will ask for a few information in order to verify your identity and your ownership of the account and then will help you replace your email address and reset your password.
