I am on a trial account researching Lucid to see if it will suit my company’s needs.  I want to try generating a diagram in Lucidchart using Lucid Collborative AI.  The directions state the following:

Select lucidspark-collaborative-ai-icon.png the Generate diagram icon from the Primary Toolbar to the far-left of the workspace.

I cannot find the AI button lucidspark-collaborative-ai-icon.pngas my screenshot below does not show this AI button.  Could you please advise how I can get to it?

Hi @jjenks,

Thanks for the update. I have identified the location of the button in the screenshot below, so no worries if others run into the same issue, this thread could still be helpful.

Let me know if you have any other questions as you explore Lucidchart.

Hi @Harshabge ,

Thanks for following up.

The screenshot shared earlier is from Lucidchart. If you are using Lucidspark, you may need to scroll slightly down the left-side toolbar to find the Generate with AI icon.

Make sure you are in an active document and that the toolbar on the left is fully expanded. The AI icon should appear within that toolbar. If it does not, try refreshing your browser or signing out and back into your Lucid account. We also recommend using the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, or Edge.

For a full walkthrough, you can refer to our Help Center article here: Generate a diagram with AI

If you still do not see the icon after these steps, please share a screenshot of your workspace and I will be happy to take a closer look.

Hi @Harshabge ,

Thanks for the update, and I appreciate you taking the time to restart your browser and log back in.

It looks like the image didn’t come through. Would you mind trying to attach it again? That will help me take a closer look at your workspace and figure out what might be going on.

Thank you for your assistance!

Hi @Harshabge ,

Thank you for providing that support pin!

Admins on Team and Enterprise accounts can control whether or not to give users on their account access to Collaborative AI. In your case, it looks like AI features have not been enabled by the Admin or Owner of the account.

Feel free to reach out to them to make the changes, this article is very helpful to do so.
