It seems that the only option is to use Backup / Restore for ALL documents not only a part of them.
Please clarify.

Thanks for reaching out on the community and good question! If you transfer via sharing (following the method outlined in the Transfer Files help center article) you have the option to transfer only specific documents between accounts.
